Amanda LeMay
Amanda serves as the executive administrator for the Allo Hope Foundation. She brings years of experience supporting and training global customer service teams, managing system updates, and improving operational workflows to strengthen service delivery. Her background in customer experience and team development supports her work in advocacy, awareness, and donor engagement.
Amanda’s connection to alloimmunization is deeply personal. Her son Leo developed severe HDFN and hydrops fetalis at 23 weeks, requiring six intrauterine transfusions, an exchange transfusion after birth, and 37 days in the NICU. Today he is thriving, and Amanda’s experience fuels her commitment to helping families receive the lifesaving care her son needed.
She donates her Anti‑D plasma regularly through the Specialty Donor Program and is passionate about expanding education, access, and support for families affected by alloimmunization. At the Allo Hope Foundation, Amanda is honored to combine her professional expertise with her lived experience to help protect mothers and babies around the world.
