AHF was proud to participate in the 2026 THOR Annual Symposium in Ireland. Bringing together civilian and military clinicians, transfusion medicine experts, researchers, and innovators from more than 30 countries, the symposium fostered collaboration and shared the latest advances in trauma resuscitation, whole blood, and transfusion science. We were honored to contribute the patient perspective to these important conversations and strengthen partnerships that advance safer transfusion practices for all.
